Asymmetric Warfare Initiative 2007 North (AWI-07N)
The AWI-07N exercise combined field training, tabletop and full-scale exercises with live situations and computer-supported events. It was structured around facilitation of multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional interaction among maritime regions within Washington State’s Puget Sound, with a particular focus on the recovery phase following a series of terrorist attacks.

East Coast Initiative-Waldo Responder 2007
East Coast Initiative / Waldo Responder 07 (ECI/WR 07) was a four-day, multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional full scale exercise hosted by the CAW for the Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) in conjunction with the Waldo County Emergency Management Agency (WCEMA). ECI/WR 07 was a Homeland Security-focused, multiple scenario-based series of events intended to exercise local/county/state/federal authorities together in a maritime/coastal terrorism context including the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).
